This policy explains how Redtail Labs s.r.o. handles personal data of visitors to redtail.cz. We try to keep it plain — no legalese.

What data we process
From the contact form: your name, email, and the message you send. From analytics (consent only): anonymized IP, browser type, sections viewed, traffic source (UTM parameters, referrer).
Cookies and tracking technologies
Essential: Cloudflare Turnstile (form bot protection). Analytics (consent only): PostHog — distinct_id and session ID, EU-hosted. Marketing (consent only): Google Tag Manager orchestrates marketing tags — currently Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*) and Google Ads (_gcl_*) for conversion measurement. Additional ad platforms (LinkedIn, Meta) may be added later — always with your consent. Cookieless, no consent required: Vercel Web Analytics — anonymous aggregated traffic data, no cookies and no personal identifiers.
Legal basis
Contact form: legitimate interest in replying to your inquiry (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Analytics and marketing: your consent given through the cookie banner (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), revocable at any time.
Retention
Contact form messages: up to 3 years from last communication. Analytics: PostHog 1 year, Google Analytics 14 months. Cookie consent: 6 months, then we ask again.
Who we share data with
Resend (email delivery, EU/US), Cloudflare (Turnstile, global CDN), PostHog (analytics, EU), Google (Tag Manager, Analytics 4 & Ads, US — Standard Contractual Clauses), Vercel (site hosting and anonymous analytics, US — SCCs). We don't sell your data or use it for automated decision-making.
Your rights
You have the right to: access your data, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and to object. You can revoke cookie consent anytime via the cookie settings at the bottom of the page. Complaints can be filed with the Czech Data Protection Authority (uoou.cz).
